Design Your Own Linen
When it comes to linen for your event, it can be nearly impossible to find exactly what you are looking for. Especially if you have a unique, "never-been-done-before" theme, or if you are getting married in a small town. If you are in one of these situations, don't fret! Design your own!
At the website Fabric on Demand, you can select from assorted cotton, fleece, micro-denier suede, Lycra and polyester satin. Simply submit your design, select the fabric type and color of your choice and in approximately 7 days your order will ship out. You will have your fabric by the yard to sew up into table runners, ceiling fabric, wall drapes, table skirts, tablecloths or just about anything else you can dream up. Fabric even comes in handy to drape around the pots of rented trees and plants that you may be using in your event space.
Design several different patterns of fabric in the same color scheme for a dramatic, decorator's look. If design isn't really your thing, inquire with your invitation designer, website designer or an artsy friend for some assistance.
I was so happy to com across this site while touring the inter-webs recently. I know that if I don't have the opportunity to use them for my wedding event, I will certainly consider their services when redecorating the house.
As a side note, I had to ask a couple of questions of them to write this post and they responded to my questions within mere minutes... impressive!
