Umbrella Rentals
Planning a great wedding is all about having fun and pampering your guests. Even though we don't like to think about it, weather will often play some factor in your event. We all hope that it won't rain or be scorching hot on our big day. But, "better safe than sorry"... I always say.
I have seen my fare share of weddings set to happen during a perfect forecast day, when for whatever reason rain strikes at the most inopportune time. If you are expecting your guests to spend any amount of time outside, you not only have to consider rain, but also sun and heat. Often weddings occur during summer months when sunburns and heat stroke can rapidly overcome people.
What if your guests forget or don't think to carry umbrellas? If you have transported them to a venue in a private shuttle, away from their hotel they may not be able to produce a much needed umbrella in a hurry. If you want to cover all of your bases then plan ahead and make a few umbrellas available just in case!
